有机物和重金属的复合污染是常见的农田土壤污染.研究了在土壤中的氯磺隆单一污染及氯磺隆和镉的复合污染下,菠菜幼苗抗氧化酶活性和叶绿素含量的变化.结果 表明,在氯磺隆单一污染的过程中,均诱导菠菜幼苗中SOD,CAT,POD活性显著升高;Cd的单一污染对菠菜幼苗SOD,CAT,POD,GST这4种酶的活性均不产生显著影响;但当氯磺隆和镉复合污染菠菜幼苗后会产生协同效应.单一污染与复合污染都会降低菠菜幼苗的叶绿素含量,且2种处理间无显著差异.%Composite organic compound pollution and heavymetal pollution in farmland soil is common. The changes of antioxidant enzyme activity and chlorophyll content in spinach seedlings under single chlorsulfonon pollution in soil and combined pollution of chlorsulfonylon and cadmium in soil were studied. The results showed that the activity of SOD, CAT and POD in spinach seedlings could be significantly increased during the single contamination of chlorsulfonon. The pollution of Cd had no significant effect on the activity of four enzymes in spinach seedlings. However, the combined with chlorononolonides and cadmium on spinach seedlings produced the synergistic effect. Both single and combined pollution could reduce the chlorophyll content of spinach seedlings, but there was no significant difference between the two treatments.
