不同生物炭配施腐植酸对铬污染土壤中油菜品质及铬含量的影响

         

摘要

为了验证3种生物炭配施腐植酸对污灌土壤区油菜产量、品质及重金属铬的影响,以污灌区土壤和油菜为试验材料,采用随机区组设计,利用不同的生物炭配施腐植酸进行盆栽油菜的影响研究.结果发现,生物炭的施用有利于油菜生物量提高,但并未随着生物炭施用量的增加而增加,反而有所减少.施加生物炭的油菜中叶绿素含量均高于对照,但并无明显规律;施加稻壳炭3 g/kg时,油菜中硝酸盐含量最低,比对照减少了28%;小麦秸秆炭为6 g/kg时,油菜中维生素C含量最高,比对照增加了80%;施加生物炭均减少了油菜中铬含量,施加小麦秸秆炭为6 g/kg时,油菜中铬含量最低,较对照降低了63%.研究结果可为污灌土壤栽培作物提供参考.%To verify the effect of three kinds of biochar with humic acid on the rape yield,quality and heavy metal chromium content in sewage irrigation area,soil and rape were used as experimental materials in this paper,the randomized block design was adopted to study the effects of different biochar and humic acid on potted rape.The results showed that the application of biochar could improve the biomass of rape seed,but it did not increase with the increase of biochar.The content of chlorophyll in biochar was higher than that of control,but there was no obvious rule.In the case of 6 g/kg of rice hull,the content of nitrate in rape was 28% lower than that of control.When the carbon concentration of wheat straw was 6 g/kg,the content of vitamin C in rape was the highest,80% higher than the control.The amount of chromium in the rape was reduced by applying biochar,and the chromium content of the vegetable was reduced by 63% when the concentration of wheat straw was 6 g/kg,which could be used as reference for the cultivation of crop in soil area.
