激素诱导无籽(少籽)果实对番茄增产机制的探讨

         

摘要

以京瑞3号番茄品种为试验试材,以人工授粉为对照,通过不同浓度2,4-D处理番茄花蕾来研究外源激素代替种子发育产生生长激素刺激果实生长,从而实现番茄大幅增产.结果表明,与人工授粉相比,外源激素处理下,番茄坐果、采果上市时间最大分别提早7,21d,坐果率最高可达到67.41%;各激素处理均产生无籽或少籽果实,但与所使用浓度没有明显的相关性;无籽果实的平均单果质量和果实体积均大于有籽果实,无籽果实平均单果质量约为159.43 g,而人工授粉平均单果质量约为105 g,激素处理下果实内种子数为45粒左右时,平均单果质量减少了46.13 g,当果实内种子数量超过55粒,平均单果质量基本不再减少,维持本品种性状的平均单果质量;各激素处理中以20 mg/L处理对番茄果实横径、体积和干鲜质量影响较大.%Jingrui 3 tomato varieties were used as experimental material,artificial pollination as control,through different concentration of 2,4-D,to study the exogenous hormone replacement seed development to produce a growth hormone stimulated the fruit growth of tomato bud treatment,in order to achieve a substantial increase in tomato.The results showed that under exogenous hormone treatment,tomato fruit,fruit picking time of 7 d and 21 d were listed earlier,fruit rate reached 67.41%,the treatment produced seedless or few-seed fruit,but with the use of concentration had no obvious correlation,average fruit quality and fruit volume of seedless fruit were greater than the seeds of the fruit,average fruit quality of artificial pollination was about 105 g,average fruit quality of seedless fruit quality of hormone treatment was about 159.43 g,hormone treatment 45 grain number of seeds in the fruit,average fruit quality decreased 46.13 g,when the number of seeds in the fruit were more than 55 grains,the average fruit quality was no longer reduced,and maintaining the average fruit quality this species traits.The effect of 20 mg/L hormone treatment on tomato fruit diameter,volume,and fresh and dry quality was the greatest in the treatment of hormone.
