公共危机中政府应对媒体的原则及角色扮演

In responing to the public crisis, the role of the media can not be ignored. The government only be fully aware of the importance to respond to the media in the public crisis, following the initiative, real and effective, timely interaction and other appropriate principles, at the same time attention in public crisis as a role-playing of＂ guide＂,＂ spokesman＂,＂ service ＂, can minimize the impact of the crisis so as to better deal with public crisis.%在公共危机的应对与处理中，媒体的作用不容忽视。政府只有充分认识到在公共危机中应对媒体的重要性，遵循积极主动、真实有效、及时互动等恰当的原则，同时注意在公共危机中作为“追访人”、“引导人”、“发言人”、“服务人”的角色扮演，才能将危机的影响降到最低，从而更好地处理公共危机。
