Agricultural production service is of the intermediate input of the agricultural development. It is the realistic path of traditional agriculture transforming to the modern agriculture. It is not only efficient engine of agricultural development, and industrial path of the promo tion of agriculture by industry. Heheng Village has formed a economic mode of the development of specialized agricultural economy, relying on Science and Technology Park, and connecting the agricultural industry and trade. This proves that agricultural production services industry how realize the promotion of agriculture by industry. We must classify, adjust measures to local conditions, aiming at the development of agricultural producer services.%农业生产性服务业作为农业发展的中间投入，是我国传统农业向现代农业转型升级的现实产业路径。它既是农业高效发展引擎，又是以工促农的路径。理论界已经意识到农业生产性服务业在工业反哺农业中的作用，但缺乏相应的实践案例分析。河横村作为江苏省农业的先进典型，依托科技园区，连接农工贸，形成河横特色农业经济发展模式。这个很好的诠释了农业生产性服务业如何实现以工促农。根据市场经济环境，有重点、分层次发展农业生产性服务，实现农业与工业的良性互动。
