Automatic controls for guidance of agricultural machine along defined path uses signals from global positioning system and makes continuous comparison between actual and reference positions
An agricultural machine is automatically guided along a defined path in a field using signals from a GPS (global positioning system). A continuous comparison is made between the actual (B') and the reference (B) positions. If the difference exceeds a set level then a corrective action is applied. The machine may be guided along a curved path.
