基于利益相关者的视角,从高职学生、企业、政府三个角度分析高职院校教学质量管理主体,探讨高职院校各利益相关者在教学质量问题上的诉求,并在此基础上从多元主体的教学评估体系的创新和改善多元主体参与的教学过程监控制度创新两个层面上提出了高职院校教学质量创新策略。%Based on the perspective of stakeholders ,from the perspective of higher vocational students ,enterprises and government ,the article analyzes the teaching quality management in higher vocational colleges and explores various stakeholders'appeal on the quality of teaching of higher vocational colleges .On this basis ,higher vocational colleges teaching quality innovation strategy is proposed from the two level of teaching evaluation system innovation for multiple main bodies and improving the multiple main body participation teaching process monitoring system .
