“三三制”政权—中国共产党领导的多党合作制度的萌芽形态

摘要

＂三三制＂政权是抗日战争时期民主建政的一次伟大尝试,是中国共产党在新民主主义革命阶段民主政治建设的伟大创举,是中国共产党领导的多党合作制度的萌芽形态。这一政权实践充分体现了政党的合作,开拓了政党政治新视野,体现了民主的内涵和政党之间的尊重,反映了人民当家做主的原则。它不但包含着＂共产党领导、各党派合作,共产党执政、各党派参政＂的基本特征,也体现了我国特色政党制度所弘扬的团结合作的精神。%The three one third system,being the original form of the multi-party cooperation system led by the Communist Party of China,is a great attempt of the democratic construction during the anti-Japanese War,and arrived great success.The system contained the features of leadership of CPC,multi-party cooperation,CPC in power and various political parties＇participation and embodied the spirit of unity and cooperation carried forward by our party system.
