PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sprout cultivation culture medium structure securing food safety, compared to sprouts cultivated by a conventional cultivation method, and to provide a sprout cultivation kit including the culture medium structure.;SOLUTION: This sprout cultivation culture medium structure is such that seeds for eating new sprouts after sprouting, and a porous base material arranged below the seeds for fixing roots extending when the seeds sprout are stuck to each other by a binder. The porous base material is made by heat forming unbleached pulp.
