摘要

In this paper, the state-of-arts of machining methods of gear sleeve slide slots of automotive synchronizer is introduced. The new idea of flying-cutter cycloid machining method is put forward. The cutters for this special purpose are designed in order to improve products quality. Meanwhile, the experiment of optimizing cutting-parameters by single factor methods is done. By analyzing the testing results, a set of machining parameter is selected.%本文分析了汽车同步器齿套滑块槽的加工现状,提出了采用飞刀摆线加工同步器齿套滑块槽的新方法,设计了专用切削刀具.为了延长刀具使用寿命、提高切削效率,介绍了采用单因素法进行切削参数的优化实验,并根据实验结果选出了最佳的切削参数.
