保护气氛中添加活性气体对焊接熔池形态影响的研究现状

         

摘要

Adding active gas in inert shielding gas may control the shape of molten pool effectively, which also makes regulating the contents of oxygen in molten pool easilier. This work reviewed the effect on the shape of molten pool by adding O2 and CO2 respectively in He and Ar shielding gas, and summarized the optimization of additive amount for active gas. This work also discussed shape change degree of welded molten pool under dif-ferent welding processes,which is essentially helpful to give guidance in optimizing production process.%在惰性保护气氛中添加活性气体可以有效地控制熔池形态,并且易于调节熔池中氧元素的含量(质量分数(wo),以下同).就氦(He)和氩(Ar)保护气氛下分别添加O,2和CO2对焊接熔池形态的影响进行了综述,并总结出最优的活性气体添加量.讨论不同焊接工艺下焊接熔池形态变化程度,对优化生产工艺有一定的指导意义.
