英语广播新闻听力教学策略研究--以VOA 普通节目为例

以VOA、BBC为代表的英语广播给英语教学提供了取之不尽的听力材料，听懂英语广播节目也已经在我国英语教学的纲领性指导文件中得到了确立。但由于种种原因，对英语广播听力进行研究并把它用于大学英语教学还处于起步阶段。此项听力教学研究以VOA 普通节目为例，运用语言学理论知识，结合大量实例和相关实证数据，在理论联系实践的基础上，发掘出了一些英语广播新闻听力教学的有效策略，在当前加强英语听说教学的背景下具有现实意义。%VOA and BBC typify English radio news programs, and they provide Chinese English learners with endless sources of English listening materials. Key offcial documents issued by the Ministry of Education recognize the importance of being able to understand VOA and BBC programs for college and university English learners. However, the study of English radio listening strategies is still at the beginning stage in China. With VOA standard program as an example, a lot of linguistic theories coupled with examples and relevant data are used to discover some of the effective strategies for teaching English radio program listening. It has practical value in the context of current emphasis on English listening and speaking.
