论加强网络新媒体时代公安新闻宣传工作的措施

公安新闻宣传工作是公安工作的重要组成部分。公安新闻发言人制度是推行警务信息公开、保障公民民主权利的重要途径，是构建和谐警民关系的一个必要的组成部分，也是公安机关危机公关中不可或缺的手段。它承担着通过媒体网络向公众提供信息，与媒体网络和公众实现沟通，用政策议程引导传媒议程和社会舆论的职能。公安机关要勇于实事求是，善于做好网络新媒体时代下的公安新闻宣传工作，树立人民警察的良好形象。%As an important part of propaganda system of police, the system of news spokesman is a main way to guarantee democratic rights for the people. On the other hand, it takes an important role to structure the harmonious relations between policemen and the people. However, some new problems have arisen. During the construction of propaganda system, it is difcult to get at the fact and oppose subjectivism. In order to set us an example of great stature of police, public security organs should skate over the difculties and give correct guidance to the people as to news matters.
