不同形貌的CeO2的水热法制备及表征

         

摘要

Flower-like,shuttle-like and sphere-like cerium oxide ( CeO2 ), were prepared by thermal decomposition of cerium hydroxycarbonate precursors. The flower-like and shuttle-like precursors were synthesized by the hydrothermal method at 120℃ u sing Ce( NO3 )3 · 6H2O as the cerium source,citric acid as the control agent,the reaction time was 24 and 48 h,respectively. Replacement of citric acid might resulting spherical CeO2. The phase, morphology, microstructure and degradation properties of CeO2 were characterized by Thermo gravimetric analyzer(TGA) ,X-ray diffraction (XRD) ,scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UVVis-NIR recording spectrophotometer, respectively.%以硝酸铈为铈源,柠檬酸钠为形貌控制剂,利用尿素水解法,在120℃水热分别合成出纺锤形和花束形形貌可控的前驱体CeOHCO3,经过500℃焙烧得最终产物CeO2.通过改变形貌控制剂柠檬酸,不改变其他反应条件,制得了球形CeO2,分析了其不同形貌的生长机理,并采用热重分析、X射线衍射、透射电镜、场发射扫描电镜和紫外-可见光-近红外光谱仪分别表征样品的相组成、形貌、微观结构及不同形貌下的光催化降解甲基橙的性能.
