考虑铁损的感应电动机节能控制

     

摘要

In order to improve the running efficiency of induction motors,a fast response and energy-saving control method is proposed. Based on the vector-control theory,an energy-saving control strategy of the optimal flux of induction motors with torque control and flux regulators is built. At first,a mathe-matical model of induction motors considering core loss is established. Then,the expression of the opti-mal flux that is obtained when the system is at the highest efficiency is obtained according to the numeri-cal analysis method. Finally,the simulation model of the energy-saving control system is built by MAT-LAB. The simulation results show that the control strategy can not only improve the energy-saving effect, but also improve the dynamic performance of induction motors. Thus,the control method is correct and feasible.%为提高感应电动机的运行效率,提出一种快速响应且节能的控制方法。基于矢量控制原理,建立一种带转矩控制和磁链调节器的感应电动机最佳磁链节能控制策略。首先,建立考虑铁损的感应电动机数学模型;然后,根据数值分析方法求得系统最高效率时的最佳磁链的表达式;最后,利用MATLAB搭建节能控制系统的仿真模型。仿真结果表明,这种控制策略不仅可以改善节能效果,而且能够改善感应电动机的动态性能,这种控制方式是正确和可行的。
