Through the SWOT analysis, the article analyses the advantage, disadvantage and the opportunity and challenge on city group development in Shandong peninsula, and gives the corresponding strategy on Shandong peninsula city group development under the ＂yellow＂ strategic background.%山东半岛城市群作为山东参与国际区域竞争的整体形式，需以“蓝黄”战略为契机，加快半岛城市群的经济发展一体化程度。通过SWOT分析法，就山东半岛城市群发展中具有的优势、劣势及面临的机遇和挑战进行了分析，探求“蓝黄”战略背景下山东半岛城市群谋求新发展的应对策略。
