透析“考证热”对提升大学生就业竞争力的策略研究——基于济南市六所高校的实证考察

The severe employment situation fuels the certificate fad, for college students rely on various certificates to improve their competitive ability. On the other hand, the blind fever for certificates also has many negative effects, and it is a wrong guide to the campus culture. So it is necessary to give right guidance, enforce the management and regulate this phenomenon.%严峻的就业形势使大学校园里的“考证热”持续升温，越来越多的大学生诉诸于“考证”来提升就业竞争力。但另一方面，盲目考证也给大学生就业带来负面影响，大学生功利化的考证心态会对校园就业文化产生某种错误导向。对此要引起各方足够重视，加强管理，因势利导，规范并促进考证现象健康、有序的发展。
