组织社会学视角下我国青年志愿服务组织特点研究

摘要

The important role of voluntary service organiZation for social development is made up of its social function of public welfare and the basic characteristics. Along with the volunteer service organiZation in our country to be establish and incubated,the youth volunteer service organiZation structure and the volunteer service system gradually formed with the youth volunteer service organiZation as the backbone,non-governmental organiZations as the foundation,and also with a wide coverage,a good service ability of it. As the effective carrier for political mo-biliZation and social mobiliZation for youths' self-realiZation,combining different groups and different social forces, combining with the youths' personal development with social development so as to realiZe the richness of service re-sources and diversity of forms,to ensure the volunteer service value high purity,and the realiZation of continuous development for voluntary service.%志愿服务组织对于社会发展的重要作用是由志愿服务组织公益性的社会功能和基本特点决定的。随着我国志愿服务组织的不断建立和孵化，逐渐形成了以群团青年志愿服务组织为骨干、民间组织为基础，覆盖面广、服务能力强的青年志愿服务组织结构及全民志愿服务体系。青年志愿服务组织作为政治动员与社会动员的有效载体及青年实现自我价值的平台，将不同群体、不同社会力量相结合，将青年个人发展与社会发展相结合，从而实现服务资源的丰富性和形式的多样性，保证志愿服务价值的崇高性和目的的纯洁性，实现志愿服务可持续性发展。
