中国经济转型中的性别平等

摘要

到2015年底，联合国“千年发展目标”的执行即将到期。从就业机会、收入和无酬劳动3个方面，对中国经济转型中的性别差异及其发展趋势做初步分析，探讨由此带来的多方面影响，并提出在经济社会发展中推进性别平等和社会公正的政策建议，对制定新的“千年发展目标”，探讨公平概念和政策，以缩小发展中实际存在的差距和不平等现象，具有重要价值。%At the end of 2015,the present Millennium Development Goals of the United Nations is about to expire.In order to formulate the next Millennium Development Goals,to discuss the conception and relevant policies on equality and to narrow the subsistent gap,this thesis tries to analyze the gender equality in eco-nomic transition as well as its development tendency from the aspects of employment opportunities,income and unpaid labor and also discuss its influence.At last,this article tries to put forward some policy sugges-tions on the advancement of gender equality and social justice in the development of economy and society.
