儒家德育方法与当代大学生德育工作

摘要

Moral education methods constitute a vital part of Confucian education thoughts , and these methods connect to and complement one another , and thus form a systematic whole .The primary methods in-clude:authority indoctrination , role modal emulation , difference education , influence immersion , self cultiva-tion, and practice education .With reference to Confucian moral education methods and the features of contem-porary college moral education , college moral education is to develop in such vein as:to improve the indoctri-nation method ,to emphasize the role modal method , to implement stratified education , to strengthen influence immersion education , to stress self-cultivation education , and to pay more attention to practice education , so as to increase the pertinence and effectiveness of contemporary college moral education .%儒家德育的基本方法有：权威教化法、榜样仿效法、差异培养法、熏陶管理法、自我修身法、躬行实践法等，它是儒家德育思想的重要组成部分，这些方法相互联结，相互补充，构成一个有机统一体。借鉴儒家德育方法，结合我国大学生德育实践和社会时代特征，当前高校德育工作应做到改善思想灌输法，重视典型教育法，实施分层教育法，强化感染教育法，突出自我教育法，注重实践教育法，从而不断提高当代大学生德育工作的针对性和实效性。
