With the methods of document,test and mathematical statistic,the author investigated the physique,body composition characteristics and correlation between body composition and physical health,and studied the principle and characteristics in order to provide the beneficial reference for improving body function and quality of elite female athletes of teenagers in Ice and Snow project. The results showed that:1)Body composition of outstanding young female athletes of Chinese snow project has its own characteristics,body fat rate is relatively low and a higher lean body mass. Compared with the foreign excellent ice snow athletes,body fat rate was not significant but significant difference in lean body weight existed;2 )Body function and quality of female athletes are in good condition,but the pulmonary function,strength and coordination still has potential to be further improved in the quality of the sports training;3 )There was positive correlation between the lean body weight and the ratio of lung capacity while then was negative correlation between body weight,fat content,body fat rate and BMI and the ratio of lung capacity. Also,there was negative correlation between body weight,fat content,body fat rate with standing long jump and flexibility. Body weight,body fat rate and fat content were positively correlated with grip. There was positive correlation between lean body mass with standing long jump and grip strength. It is conclucled that there were correlation between body composition and physical health of Chinese elite female athletes on the snow.%采用文献资料法、测试法、数理统计法对我国优秀青少年雪上项目女运动员体质、体成分特点及相关性进行分析，研究其规律及特点，为最大限度发挥我国优秀青少年雪上项目女运动员的身体机能、素质提供有益参考。研究结果显示：1）我国优秀青少年雪上项目女运动员体成分具有自身特点，体脂率较低，瘦体重较高。与国外优秀冰雪项目运动员相比，体脂率差异不显著，瘦体重差异显著；2）我国优秀青少年雪上项目女运动员的身体机能、素质均处于良好状态，但肺功能、力量和协调性素质在运动训练方面仍有潜力可挖，有待于进一步提高；3）相关性分析表明瘦体重对雪上项目女运动员心肺功能具有促进作用；体重、脂肪含量、体脂率及BMI对心肺功能具有负面作用；体重、体脂率及体脂含量对运动员的下肢爆发力和柔韧性素质具在负面作用，对上肢力量素质具有促进作用；瘦体重对下肢爆发力和上肢力量素质均有促进作用。得出我国优秀雪上项目女运动员体成分与体质具有自身特点，两者具有一定程度的相关性。
