2型糖尿病患者自我效能及自护行为的授权理论评价

         

摘要

目的:探索授权理论模式护理下的2型糖尿病患者的自我效能与自护行为评价及其关系。方法将85例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,分别给予实验组(43例)授权理论宣教模式和对照组(42例)传统的健康宣教模式进行护理。出院1月后电话随访两组患者的自我效能及自护行为,分析各指标间差异及相关性。结果两组患者的自我效能及自护行为指标差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05),二者测值呈高度正相关(P <0.01)。结论授权理论模式宣教提高了2型糖尿病患者的自我效能及自护行为水平,在流程护理实践中切实可行。%Objective To evaluate the effect of delegation theory on self-efficacy and the self-care behav-ior of patients with Type 2 diabetes .Methods 85 cases of Type 2 diabetes patients were randomly divided into the experimental group of 43 patients and the control group of 42 patients .The former was instructed with delegation theory mode while the latter with traditional health education mode .Telephone follow-up surveys were conducted to find out the self-efficacy and self-care behavior of the two groups one month af-ter their discharge .The difference and correlation of the indexes were analyzed .Results The difference in self-efficacy and self-care behavior was significant ( P <0 .05) ,and the measured indicators were highly correlated .Conclusion Delegation theory mode can significantly improve self-efficacy and self-care behavior of patients with Type 2 diabetes in clinical nursing practice .
