Objective To evaluate the respective clinical effects of metal post and glass fiber post on the maxillary anterior teeth restoration .Methods 100 cases of teeth defect in 80 patients treated from August , 2012 to August ,2013 were given root canal treatment and then divided into Group A and Group B random-ly according to the different materials used in treatment .Metal-post porcelain full crowns were used for Group B and glass-fiber post all-ceramic crowns for Group A .The curative effects were observed through the one-year follow-up surveys .Results 41 cases got good curative effect and 9 cases failed to get improved in Group A .49 cases got good curative effect and one case failed to get improved in Group B .Among the cases treated with metal post restoration ,root fracture occurred in 3 cases ,post and core falling off oc-curred in 2 cases and hyperpigmentation occurred in 4 cases around the edges of the teeth .T he cases trea-ted with glass fiber post showed no fracture ,loosening or hyperpigmentation .with post breaking off in one case being due to biting hard objects .Conclusion Compared with the metal post crowns ,glass-fiber post all-ceramic crow ns can produce better clinical effects .%目的 探索铸造金属桩和玻璃纤维桩修复上颌前牙牙体缺损的临床疗效.方法 选择2012年8月至2013年8月在口腔修复科就诊的80例上颌前牙牙体缺损的患者 ,先行完善根管治疗 ,根据材料不同 ,将100颗患牙随机分为A组50颗 ,B组50颗 ,A组采用铸造合金桩核烤瓷全冠进行修复 ,B组采用玻璃纤维桩全瓷冠进行修复 ,随访1年,对比分析有无桩松脱、桩折断、牙根折断.结果 A组治疗成功41颗,失败9颗 ,B组成功49颗 ,失败1例.经金属桩修复后的前牙修复体在随访过程中有3颗牙齿发生根折 ,2例桩核松动脱落 ,4例牙齿龈边缘色素沉着.纤维桩修复的前牙固位及稳定性好 ,未发现折裂及松动 ,牙龈无变色 ,1例失败系因咬硬物所致桩折断.结论玻璃纤维桩全瓷冠应用在上前牙牙体缺损修复不易折断和松动 ,根折率低 ,美观效果好 ,操作简便 ,临床效果高于铸造桩核烤瓷冠.
