ICU护士工作压力源及应对方式研究

摘要

Objective To explore the work pressure source of ICU nurses ,their status of Physical and mental health and coping mode and to explore the appropriate measures to relieve stress in order to improve nurses’ physical and mental health and to improve the quality of nursing and patients’ satisfaction .Meth‐ods Questionnaires were used to survey and analyze the work pressure source of ICU nurses and coping mode .Results The work pressure of ICU nurses was at medium or high level .Most nurses could take posi‐tive pressure to cope with their work pressure .Conclusion The management should try hard to improve nurse’ work efficiency by creating relaxing and pleasant working atmosphere for ICU nurses ,increasing nursing staff and providing sufficient medical facilities .%目的：探讨重症监护病房（IC U ）护士工作中的压力来源及IC U 护士的身心健康状况及应对措施。指导护理人员正确认识工作中的压力，采取积极措施提高身心健康水平，调动工作积极性，改善护理质量和病人的满意度。方法采取问卷调查法，对沂水中心医院综合性IC U 护士的工作压力源及应对方式进行调查分析。结果目前IC U护士的压力较大，处于中等以上水平，多数护士能采取积极的应对压力方式。结论护理管理者应尽可能为IC U 护士创造轻松愉快的工作氛围，增加护理人员，各项设施配套齐全，以有效减轻IC U护士压力，提高工作效率。
