目的：探讨CT三维重建引导定位穿刺前臂浅静脉的应用价值。方法选择前臂浅静脉穿刺困难的患者76例，随机分为实验组和对照组，各38例。对照组采用传统盲穿法进行穿刺，实验组采用CT 三维重建图像引导定位前臂浅静脉穿刺，比较两组一次穿刺成功率、穿刺时间及穿刺后的并发症等。结果实验组一次穿刺成功率为92．11％，高于对照组的52．63％（χ2＝14．81，P＜0．01）；实验组穿刺操作平均时间为（2．10±0．16）s ，短于对照组的（3．16±0．21）s ，两组比较有统计学意义（ t ＝24．75， P ＜0．01）；实验组无一例发生并发症，发生率明显低于对照组的5．26％（ P ＜0．01）。结论 CT三维重建技术应用于前臂浅静脉穿刺可提高浅静脉穿刺的成功率和安全性。%Objective To study the value of three dimensional CT guided veinpuncture of forearm super‐ficial veins .Methods Totally 76 patients were divided into two groups ,including control group and experi‐mental group .The three dimensional CT‐guidence was used to locate the puncture point in experimental group ,and conventional veinpuncture were used in control group .The success rate of the first puncture at‐tempt ,the time of puncturing ,and the complications were observed and recorded .Results The success rate of the first puncture attempt of experimental group was 92 .11% ,it was greaer than 52 .63% of control group(χ2 =14 .81 ,P <0 .01) .experimental group required less time (2 .10 ± 0 .16)s versus control group (3 .16 ± 0 .21)s( t =24 .75 ,P <0 .01) .The incidence of complications was fewer for experimental group (0)versus control group(5 .26% )( P <0 .01) .Conclusion Three dimensional CT can significantly improve the success rate and safety of forearm superficial veins .
