沂蒙山区民众心肺复苏认知度的调查与分析

摘要

目的 探索沂蒙山区民众心肺复苏认知度以提升民众的自救及互救能力.方法 采用问卷调查形式,对山东省沂蒙山区城镇及农村居民发放问卷600份,调查统计城镇居民与农村居民、各年龄段、不同文化程度、不同职业的受调查者对心肺复苏各项内容的认知程度以及是否愿意接受心肺复苏培训的情况,比较分析原因,查找对策.结果 民众知晓心肺复苏概念者占13.3%,知道心肺复苏的指征者占17.39%,知道心肺复苏的基本方法者占7.3%,愿意接受心肺复苏培训者占51.6%,培训后愿意为患者实施心肺复苏者占30.60%;受调查的农村居民对心肺复苏的认知程度明显较低,但愿意接受培训且培训后愿意为他人施救的程度明显高于城镇居民;年龄段中10~20岁的民众、文化程度为大专及以上者、职业为医护人员者对接受心肺复苏的培训率最高.结论 沂蒙山区民众对心肺复苏的整体认知程度较低,普及心肺复苏的工作需要运用多种手段、多方面入手推动,进行宣传、普及和推广.%Objective To explore common people's relevant knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CRP) in Yimeng Mountain Area of Shandong Province so as to find countermeasures of improving their self-saving and mutual-rescue abilities.Methods Questionnaires were used to survey 600 people of different age, educational background and occupation in the urban and rural Yimeng Mountain Area to get to know their relevant knowledge of CRP and their desire for CRP training.Results 13.3% of the surveyed people knew about the concept of CRP, 17.39% knew the indications of CRP and 7.3% knew the basic skills of CRP.51.6% of them were willing to participate in CRP training and 30.60% of these people were ready to help others.The rural people had less relevant knowledge of CRP than the urban people, but they were more willing to help others after training than the urban ones.The people aged 10 to 20, those having got higher education and the medical staff were the most willing to receive CRP training.Conclusion Most of the common people in Yimeng Mountain Area have little relevant knowledge of CRP and popularizing the relevant knowledge of CRP is quite necessary.
