碱激发矿渣砂浆性能试验研究

         

摘要

For the preparation of the alkali-activated slag mortar by the granulated blast furnace slag instead of the natural sand, this paper studies the properties of its compressive strength, plastic shrinkage and carbonation resistance. The researching result shows that when the natural sand is replaced by the blast furnace slag to prepare the alkali-activated slag mortar which is better than the Portland cement mortar, the alkali-activated slag mortar reduces the compressive strength but increases the plastic shrinkage resistance, and limited by the nature of alkali-activated material itself, it almost has no influence on the carbonation resistance.%用水淬粒化高炉矿渣替代天然砂制备碱激发砂浆,研究碱激发砂浆的抗压性能、塑性开裂性能和抗碳化性能。研究结果表明:高炉矿渣替代天然砂制备碱激发砂浆的抗压强度较硅酸盐水泥砂浆低,但提高了抗塑性开裂能力,受碱激发材料的自身性质所限,对抗碳化能力并无显著影响。
