齐河县刘桥乡洪州社区规划设计

摘要

走新型城镇化道路，建设新型农村社区已经成为当前城镇化过程中农村建设的发展趋势。文章基于新型城镇化的社会背景，以“阳光-绿树-街巷院”为理念，按“一心、两轴、四片”的结构形式，从社区的空间布局、交通系统组织、绿化及景观规划、设施配套四个方面，对德州市齐河县刘桥乡洪州社区进行了规划设计，旨在规划并建设一个设施完善、环境优美、生活舒适的新农村社区。%Taking a new road of urbanization and constructing new rural community has become the development trend of current rural construction in the process of urbanization.Based on the new urbanization background and the concept of “sunshine-trees-streets, alleys and courtyard”, in accordance with the structure form of“a center,two axes,four districts”,and from the aspects of space layout,traffic system organization,community greening and landscape planning,facilities, Hongzhou community in Liuqiao Town in Qihe County is planned and designed to build a new rural community with perfect facilities,beautiful environment,comfortable life.
