In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge becomes one of much more important factors of a project's success and an organization's development. This paper focuses on the knowledge management of a project and its organization. Through the analysis of the shortages of existing project knowledge management ,the paper points out the reasons for the obstacle of project implementation and the loss of project knowledge management abilities. Then it puts forward the mode of the project knowledge management based on the PMO pattern as the center and the medium of project knowledge management framework model to more effectively collect, code, store and transmit the project knowledge in order to improve project and project organization.
