隆阳区国有林场林地资源资产评估研究

摘要

随着林权制度改革的不断深入，林地资源资产转让、抵押贷款及合作股份经营等林业经济行为的出现，林地资源价值的体现日趋明显。通过对隆阳区国有林场林地资源资产的评估，从而为附近区域林地资源资产的评估和林地资源交易提供价值参考。%With the reform of forest right system,forestland resources asset transfer,mortgage loans and cooperative stock management and other forest economic behavior,value of forestland resources is becoming more and more important.
