PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a property evaluation system capable of providing a significant evaluation index of a residential property, a computer program for implementing the system, and a property evaluation method.SOLUTION: A property evaluation system 100 includes a collection unit that collects environment information concerning a residential environment of each of plural residences such as individual residences in a collective housing or dwelling houses. The environment information is information concerning the residential environment and information serving as a base for deciding what is the amenity level of a residence. The environment information includes, for example, an air conditioning use time, air conditioning power consumption, room temperature, and room humidity of each residence. The property evaluation system 100 further includes an index calculation unit 13 that calculates an evaluation index indicating the amenity of a residence on the basis of the environment information collected by the collection unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
