济宁百日鸡FSHβ基因的SNP分析及其与早期产蛋性能的相关性研究

     

摘要

Follicle- stimulating hormone beta (FSHβ) subunit gene was selected to screen the genomic variation by means of PCR -SSCP and sequencing in Jining Bai' ri chicken(70 individuals), and the association of different genotypes with early egg production traits were analyzed. The results showed that there were no nucleotide variation in exon2 and one nucleotide variation at A2540C in exon3 of FSHβ. Association analysis of early egg production traits showed that age at first egg of genotype BB was higher than that of AB or AA. The egg -number at 43 weeks of genotype AB was higher than that of AA or BB, and the abnormal egg number of genotype AA was fewer than that of AB or BB, however, no significant differences were observed in age at first egg,egg number at 43 weeks and abnormal egg number among all genotypes (P > 0.05).%采用PCR-SSCP技术,对70羽济宁百日鸡进行了促卵泡激素β亚基(FSHβ)基因的多态性检测,并对多态性位点进行了克隆测序,统计分析了不同基因型与早期产蛋性能的关系.研究结果表明:在济宁百日鸡FSHβ基因的exon2未发现多态性位点;在exon3区域的2540处发现一个A→C的单核苷酸突变位点.与早期产蛋性能的相关性分析结果表明:FSHβ基因exon3区域的BB型鸡的开产日龄早于AB型和AA型鸡;AB型鸡的43周产蛋量多于AA型和BB型鸡,AA型鸡的畸形蛋数少于AB型和BB型鸡,但三者的差异均不显著(P>0.05).
