掺铁二氧化钛纳米材料的制备及其表征

     

摘要

通过静电纺丝法,以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、甲醇/乙酸(质量比为37/3)、钛酸丁酯和不同浓度的FeCl3·6H2 O为前驱体制备了Fe/TiO2光催化剂,经500℃煅烧3 h,得到纳米纤维状Fe/TiO2.采用FT-IR、SEM、XRD、BET对样品进行表征,并分析样品对亚甲基蓝的光催化降解性能.结果表明,Fe/TiO2中不含有机物,微观结构为纳米纤维状,适量铁可以增加其结晶度,与纯TiO2相比,比表面积增加了11.33 m2/g;掺铁可以改善TiO2的光催化性;当铁掺杂浓度为2% 时,光催化剂对亚甲基蓝的降解效率可达99%.%The Fe/TiO2 photocatalys were synthesized via electrospinning method with poly-vinylpyrrolidone (PVP) ,methanol/acetic acid (theratio of mass is 37/3) ,butyl titanate and i-ron of different concentrations .The internal form of Fe/TiO2 have become nanofibers after annealed at 500 ℃ for 3 h .The sample were characterized by the Fourier transformed infra-red (FT-IR) ,X-ray diffractometry (XRD ) ,Scanning electron microscope (SEM ) and BET . In addition ,the efficiency of Fe/TiO2 photocatalysts on degradation of methylene blue was analyzed .The results indicate that sample had no organic materials and their microstructure were nanofibers ,the degree of crystallinity of sample could be improved with proper concen-tration of Fe ,their specific area increased by 11 .33 m2/g ;Fe-doped could improve the activity of TiO2 photocatalyst ;When concentration of Fe is 2% ,the photocatalysts have a 99% degra-dation effect on MB .
