酮肼交联聚丙烯酸酯纸张表面r施胶剂的制备及性能研究

     

摘要

采用无皂乳液聚合法,制备得到了一系列阴离子型乙酰乙酸基甲基丙烯酸乙酯(AAEM)及己二酸二酰肼(ADH)交联的聚丙烯酸酯微乳液(AAPA),并深入研究了酮肼交联密度对乳液及纸张性能的影响.通过核磁碳谱(C13 NM R)及傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)证明了所合成的乳液与设计结构相符;采用扫描电镜(SEM)与原子力显微镜(AFM)对施胶纸张的微观结构进行表征,结果显示A A PA乳液可在纸张表面和内部进行交联形成致密的网络结构,提高纤维间的结合力和纸张平滑度.当酮肼交联单体A A EM含量为5.28%(摩尔分数,下同),A D H含量为3.24% 时,表面施胶后的纸张性能相对淀粉施胶纸样有明显提升,干湿强度分别提高109.09% 和277.49%,耐折度提高了208%.%A series of polyacrylate microemulsion were prepared with anionic acetoacetoxyeth-yl methacrylate (AAEM ) and adipic acid dihydrazide (ADH ) crosslinking by Soap-free e-mulsion polymerization ,which can be used to enhance the paper′s surface performance as a surface sizing agents .The effect of the amount of AAEM on emulsion and sizing performance of the paper were systematically studied .The results indicated when the molar percentage of AAEM and ADH were 5 .28% and 3 .24% ,respectively ,the performance of paper surface siz-ing has improved significantly compared to starch sizing ,wet and dry strength increased by 47 .6% ,247 .3% ,folding endurance increased by 93 .3% ,and water contact angle also in-creased significantly .In addition ,NMR and FT-IR results showed that :double bond mono-mer was successfully bonded to the acrylate polymer ,and the appearance of hydrazone con-firmed the crosslinking reaction of ketone with hydrazine occurs .SEM showed that ,the e-mulsion can crosslinked a dense network structure in the surface and inside the paper to im-prove the bonding strength between the fibers .Atomic force microscopy showed that :the surface of paper is smooth and showed good hydrophobicity after sizing .
