To study the static stiffness on the beam of gantry machine , the three dimensional geomet-rical model and the FEM model are established .The FEM analysis of the beam has been made using ANSYS . The structural stress distribution and deformation distribution of gantry machine beam are obtained in the worst operating conditions .By virtue of the quasi-static analysis of the movable component on the beam and load e-quivalent method , the reaction to structural force and deformation in the different locations of the movable com-ponent are derived .%针对龙门式机床横梁结构的静刚度问题,通过建立龙门式机床横梁的三维实体模型和有限元模型,利用ANSYS软件对横梁进行了有限元分析,得出了横梁在最不利工况下的应力和变形分布情况。通过将横梁上移动部件进行拟静态化处理和载荷等效,获得了横梁上移动部件不同位置对横梁受力和变形的影响。
