构建海峡西岸（漳州）自由贸易区的主要任务和政策建议

摘要

As we sign The Cross-strait Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement（ECFA）,the cross-strait economic trade cooperation develops in a faster pace.Zhangzhou should actively explore the construction of free trade zone on west coast（Zhangzhou）,whose main task is urging Zhangzhou to construct investment zone of Taiwan businessmen,expand and upgrade economic development zone,construct several special trade zones in Zhangzhou.So we suggest piloting free trade zone on west coast in local Zhangzhou,lowering the access threshold of Taiwan investers,widening the investment area of Taiwan investers and canceling Taiwan trade restrictions.%随着《海峡两岸经济合作框架协议》（ECFA）的签署,海峡两岸经济贸易合作步伐将加快。漳州应积极探索设立海峡西岸（漳州）自由贸易区,主要任务是推动漳州设立台商投资区,推动经济开发区扩区升格,推动漳州设立若干个特殊贸易区。对此,建议在海峡西岸（漳州）自由贸易区内推进民间先行先试,降低台资准入门槛,放宽台商投资领域,取消对台贸易限制。
