Ru⁃ral women as not to be ignored in the construction of power,it is necessary to protect their rights to receive education,establish lifelong study concept,and accelerate the upgrading of their cultural level and work skills. Rural distance education is to realize the education of ru⁃ral women training as well as quality spans the efficient way,but also be the important means to realize the modernization of education,in order to promote our education level and quality of the whole nation .
