超声波探伤中快速制作距离-波幅曲线的方法

摘要

以实测为例，采用CSK-Ⅲ标准试块直接在超声波探伤仪示波屏上绘制距离-波幅曲线的方法与步骤。为实际探伤提供方便，提高制作曲线的速度和准确度，为实际缺陷定量分析提供依据。%The method and steps of rapid making distance amplitude curve were proposed with CSK-Ⅲstandard test block directly on the screen of ultrasonic flaw detector based on the example adopted in the text.To the actual flaw detection is convenient,improve the speed and accuracy of drawing curves. This provides the foundation for quantitative analysis of actual defect.
