AFEX预处理玉米秸秆条件优化的试验研究

         

摘要

以玉米秸秆为生物质原料,进行了AFEX预处理试验,然后添加纤维素酶和淀粉酶进行酶解,并利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定了生物质中的单糖含量。研究结果表明,在含水率为80%,温度为90℃,纤维素酶添加量为15FPU时.葡萄糖和木糖的总转化率分别为92.14%和67.06%。结果表明AFEX处理对玉米秸秆是一种有效的预处理方式,研究成果对生物质转化和利用提供理论依据。%Taking the com stalk as a kind of biomass, it was pretreated by liquid ammonia, and then cellulase and amylase are added for hydrolysis. The samples from hydrolysis solution and filtrate by HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography) were analyzed. The results showed that the glucan/xylan conversion was greatest under the conditions of temperature 90℃, moisture 80%. They were 92.16% and 67.06% respectively. The research results showed that AFEX was an efficient pretreatment method for corn stalk and the results are meaningful in bioconversion and utilization of renewable lignocellulosic biomass.
