基于CAN总线的新型煤矿粉尘浓度检测系统的研究

     

摘要

为了实现对粉尘的实时在线检测和粉尘超限报警,以及实现煤矿粉尘浓度检测系统的高性能运行,本文设计了一种基于CAN总线的新型煤矿粉尘浓度检测系统.本文首先对粉尘浓度检测系统的整体设计方案进行了描述,然后对系统的传感器及调理转换电路、声光报警电路和CAN通信电路等硬件电路进行了设计,对粉尘检测系统的软件进行了详细的设计分析.最后给出了实验结果,并通过实验结果证明了该系统能长时间实时监测粉尘浓度,并通过CAN总线接口可以实现系统的远距离、高可靠性通信功能和远程监控功能.本系统具有测量准确、速度快、可靠性高和能及时报警等特点.%In order to achieve real-time online detection of dust and dust beyond the specified value can issue a warning signal, In order to achieve the coal mine dust concentration of high-performance detection system operation , this paper designs a new type of coal dust concentration detection system based on CAN bus. First, the concentration of the dust detection systems overall design scheme is described in this paper, and then the system sensors and convert conditioning circuits, sound and light alarm circuits and CAN communication circuit hardware circuit design is described in this paper, this paper also carefully describes the coal dust detection system software in detail design and analysis. Finally, the experimental results were given in this paper, and through experimental results show that the real-time monitoring system based on CAN bus can real-time detect coal dust concentration for a long time, and through the CAN bus interface the long-distance, high reliability, communications capabilities and remote monitoring capabilities can be achieved. The coal dust concentration system designed in this paper has the advantages of measurement accuracy, high reliability, real-time alarm and can rapid response when it is in detecting. In addition, the coal dust concentration also has the advantage of convenient maintenance.
