自锁式管道内封堵装置结构与封堵性能分析

     

摘要

为了改进现有囊式带压封堵技术的防滑动效果差的缺点,提出了1种利用连杆机构与螺纹自锁实施止动的自锁式管道内封堵装置.探讨这种自锁式封堵与传统封堵的结构与性能,分别建立了波纹封堵气囊模型和光滑封堵气囊模型,并通过有限元仿真及实验分析,得出2种封堵气囊在0 ~ 0.35 MPa的充压条件下实施封堵的不同效应.结果表明:波纹封堵气囊的封堵压力比传统光滑封堵气囊的封堵压力高出约0.5 MPa,大大提升了管道内封堵装置的封堵能力,并且波纹气囊的形变主要分散在波纹中间,有利于缓解集中形变对气囊的破坏作用,最终提高了封堵实施的稳定性.该装置结构的性能分析可为应急救援装备的研制提供参考依据.%In order to improve the shortcoming about the poor anti-sliding effect of the existing airbag plugging technology with pressure,a self-locking pipeline inner-plugging device by using the linkage mechanism and the thread self-locking to implement the stop was put forward.The structure and performance of the self-locking plugging and the traditional plugging were discussed,then the corrugated plugging airbag model and the smooth plugging airbag model were established respectively,and the different effect of two kinds of plugging airbags to implement the plugging under the charging conditions from 0-0.35 MPa were obtained through the finite element simulation analysis and experimental analysis.The results showed that the plugging pressure of the corrugated plugging airbag was about 0.5 MPa higher than that of the traditional smooth plugging airbag,which greatly enhanced the plugging capability of the pipeline inner-plugging device,and the deformation of the corrugated air-bag mainly dispersed in the middle of the corrugation,which was helpful to alleviate the damage effect to the air-bag caused by the concentrated deformation,then finally the stability of plugging implementation was improved.The performance analysis of this device structure can provide the reference basis for the development of emergency rescue equipments.
