基于犹豫模糊集的生产安全事故应急预案评估研究

摘要

为了全面有效评估企业生产安全事故应急预案,提出了1种基于犹豫模糊集的评估方法.在借鉴相关学者研究成果的基础上,从应急预案的合法性、全面性、科学性、经济性和可操作性等5个维度,构建了生产安全事故应急预案评估指标体系;运用集值迭代法确定各评价指标的权重,并提出基于犹豫模糊集的企业应急预案评估方法;最后进行实例分析.研究结果表明:该方法对评估生产安全事故应急预案具有一定的参考价值.%In order to evaluate the emergency plan for work safety accident in enterprise fully and effectively, an evaluation method based on hesitant fuzzy set was put forward.An evaluation index system of emergency plan for work safety accident was constructed from five dimensions, such as legality, comprehensiveness, science, economy and operability of emergency plan, on the basis of referring to the relevant academic research achievements.The weight of each evaluation index was determined by using the set valued iteration method, and the evaluation method of enterprise's emergency plan based on hesitant fuzzy set was proposed.Finally, the practical case analysis was conducted.The results showed that it has certain guiding significance for the evaluation of emergency plan for work safety accident in enterprise.
