控制性超排卵的个体化治疗

药物刺激卵巢方案及促性腺激素药物的选择是体外受精-胚胎移植技术的重要组成部分.根据患者特点,制定个体化的治疗方案是保证成功妊娠的重要环节.本文根据卵巢对促性腺激素的反应性将患者分为不同类型,并对不同类型患者的超促排卵方案进行介绍.%Ovarian stimulation protocol and the usage of gonadotrophin preparations are very important components for in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer. In order to improve results of assisted reproductive technologies, individualized patient-tailored strategy for controlled ovarian hyperstimulation should be provided. According to the difference of ovarian response, patients could be grouped into several types. This article introduces the relevant protocols of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation for the different types of the patients.
