Objective:To investigate the effect of endometrial local injury combined with transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) on the pregnancy outcome in women with recurrent implantation failure (RIF) undergone frozen embryo transfer (FET).Methods:The data of 189 patients with RIF and undergone FET were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment before transplantation:endometrial local injury combined with TEAS group (Group A,101 patients) and simple endometrial local injury group (Group B,88 patients).The general conditions and the clinical outcome were compared between the two groups.Results:Endometrial thickness on the day of embryo transfer was significantly thicker [(10.04 ± 1.56) mmvs.(9.55±1.27) mm] and the pulse index [(1.51±0.22) vs.(1.56±0.21)] & resistive index of endometrial blood flow [(0.70±0.06) vs.(0.74±0.07)] were significantly lower in Group A compared with Group B (all P＜0.05).The rate of clinical pregnancy (49.50％ vs.35.22％)and embryo implantation (32.95％ vs.23.03％) in Group A were significantly higher than those in group B (all P＜ 0.05).The ectopic pregnancy rate in Group A was lower than that in Group B,but the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).Conclusions:Endometrial local injury combined with TEAS can increase endometrial thickness,reduce endometrial blood flow resistance,and increase the rates of embryo implantation and clinical pregnancy.Thus,it can improve the clinical outcome in women with recurrent implantation failure.%目的 分析反复种植失败(RIF)患者行冻融胚胎移植(FET)前采用子宫内膜轻刮联合经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)治疗对妊娠结局的影响. 方法 回顾性分析189例RIF患者再次行FET的临床资料,根据移植前的治疗方式不同,分为子宫内膜轻刮联合TEAS组(A组,101例),单纯子宫内膜轻刮组(B组,88例),比较两组患者的基本资料及其临床妊娠结局.结果 移植日子宫内膜厚度A组显著高于B组[(10.04±1.56)mm vs.(9.55±1.27) mm],子宫内膜的血流阻力指数[(0.70±0.06) vs.(0.74±0.07)]及搏动指数[(1.51±0.22) vs.(1.56±0.21)]显著低于B组(P均＜0.05);A组的胚胎种植率(32.95％ vs.23.03％)和临床妊娠率(49.50％oo vs.35.22％)均显著高于B组(P＜0.05);异位妊娠率A组有低于B组的趋势,但无显著性差异(P＞0.05). 结论 子宫内膜轻刮联合TEAS可以增加子宫内膜厚度,降低子宫内膜的血流阻力,提高胚胎种植率和临床妊娠率,能有效改善临床妊娠结局.
