剩余胚胎用于科研的伦理及管理

我国不孕不育人口逐渐增多,越来越多的夫妇寻求辅助生殖技术助孕,由此产生了大量的剩余胚胎.这些剩余胚胎可以被捐献用于胚胎干细胞研究,造福更多罹患重病的人,但胚胎干细胞研究面临较大伦理争议.本文将详细阐述剩余胚胎用于科学研究的伦理问题和世界各国的管理策略,希望我国积极借鉴发达国家的经验和规章制度,进一步制定和完善符合中国国情的伦理制度和法律规范.%With the increasing of the infertility population in our country,more and more couples turn to assisted reproductive technology.A large number of surplus embryos have been produced.The surplus embryos can be donated for embryonic stem cell research,which can help people suffered from serious illness.This paper displays the ethical issues about the surplus embryos used in the scientific research and management strategy in many countries around the world.We hope our country can learn experience and regulations from developed countries to further improve the ethics system and legal norms in line with China's national conditions.
