M型锁定重建钢板后路治疗骶髂关节复合体损伤13例分析

摘要

Objective To explore the efficacy of “M” mode locked reconstruction plate (LRP) in the treatment of sacroiliac complex injury (pelvic fracture) through posterior approach.Methods Totally 13 cases of sacroiliac complex injury were treated by “M' mode LRP.The fractures were divided into several groups based on Tile typing.Fracture reduction was performed by the maximum distance of fracture displacement in X-ray plain film according to the criterion of Tornetta and Matta.Majecd scoring system was employed to do functional assessment.Results No infection, disunion, displacement or dislocation and internal fixation related complications were observed.The excellent and good rates amounted to 92.3％ and 84.6％ according to Tornetta and Matta criterion as well as Majeed scoring system.Conclusion “M” mode LRP in the treatment of sacroiliac complex injury through posterior approach is a good way to fix posterior pelvic ring.%目的探讨采用M型锁定重建钢板后路治疗骶髂关节复合体损伤的不稳定骨盆骨折的效果.方法采用M型锁定重建钢板后路治疗骶髂关节复合体损伤13例.骨折按Tile分型.骨折复位按Tornetta和Matta标准术后X线平片上骨折移位的最大距离.功能评估采用Majeed评分系统.结果 13例患者无骨折不愈合、骨折移位或脱位、内固定松动等并发症发生.根据Tornetta和Matta标准评定优良率92.3%,按Majeed评分系统术后功能优良率84.6%.结论 M型重建锁定重建钢板后路治疗骶髂关节复合体损伤是一种较好的固定骨盆后环的方法.
