目的：研究冠心病心率变异性非线性特征，探讨其与中医虚实证候的相关性。方法选取我院收治的100例冠心病患者，将其分成中医虚证组50例，中医实证组50例，比较两组心率变异性的非线性参数。结果比较两组关联维数、近似熵、HRV复杂度，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。比较两组达峰时间、抵谷时间及峰谷值，差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论虚证组峰值和谷值均小于实证组，虚证组每次达峰及抵谷时间均比实证早1-3h，研究冠心病心率变异性非线性特征可为冠心病的防治提供理论依据。%Objective To study the nonlinear characteristics of coronary heart disease heart rate variability and its relationship with the actual situation of TCM syndromes correlation. Methods 100 patients admitted to our hospital with coronary heart disease, the deficiency will be divided into 50 cases of Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine empirical group of 50 cases, nonlinear HRV parameters between the two groups. Results The two groups were compared correlation dimension, approximate entropy, HRV complexity, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Compare two peak time, arrived in the valley and peak values of the time, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Deficiency group peak and valley values were less than positive groups, each group deficiency peak and valley time than empirical arrived early 1-3h, coronary heart disease HRV theory of nonlinear characteristics to provide prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease basis.
