带减振扣件的整体道床轨道横向稳定性分析

         

摘要

The research in this paper analyzed the mechanical characteristics of monolithic track bed with damp-ing fasterners under the braking force and temperature load on the continuous long ramp with small -radius curves,and provided theoretical basis for the design of ballastless track of the small -radius curves.On the background of the structure of monolithic track with damping fasterners of Guiyan subway,the vertical coupling model of rail-bridge-pier was established,and the finite element method was utilized to calculate and analyze the influence of transverse mechanical properties on the track of small radius curve bridge under braking force and temperature load.The results show that,from the point of stability of ballastless track,for the monolithic track bed with damping fasterners on small radius curve bridge,when the circular curve radius is 450 m,fastener transversal resistance is greater than 5 ×107 N/m;when the fastener transversal resistance reaches to 5 ×107 N/m,circular curve radius is higher than 450 m;when the fastener transversal resistance equates to 1 ×108 N/m, circular curve radius is greater than 350 m.When the circular curve radius is 450 m,in order to reduce the in-fluence of braking force on the track in small-radius curves,it is highly suggested to reduce the length of the curve and narrow the rail transversal displacement.%为分析列车制动力和温度荷载对小半径曲线上带减振扣件整体道床轨道横向力学特性的影响,为小半径曲线上无砟轨道设计提供理论依据。参考贵阳地铁1号线带减振扣件的整体道床结构形式,简化钢轨-桥梁-墩台垂向耦合力学模型,应用有限单元法,计算分析不同列车制动力和温度力对小半径曲线桥梁轨道结构横向力学特性的影响。计算分析结果表明:从无砟轨道稳定性角度出发,对于在有小半径曲线桥梁上的带减振扣件的承轨台整体道床轨道,建议当圆曲线半径为450 m时,扣件横向刚度要大于5×107 N/m;当扣件横向刚度为5×107 N/m时,圆曲线半径要大于450 m;当扣件横向刚度为1×108 N/m时,圆曲线半径要大于350 m。当圆曲线半径为450 m时,为减小制动力对曲线钢轨的影响,建议尽量减小曲线长度,缩小钢轨横向位移值。
