无砟轨道基准轨模拟调整量自动计算方法研究

             

摘要

The most notable feature of high-speed railway non-ballasted track is the better smoothness.It is nec-essary to check the smoothness occasionally for the newly-built or operational high-speed railway non-ballasted track.If the smoothness of high-speed railway does not meet specification requirements,the track needs adjusting to meet the needs of safe driving.At present,the calculation for Simulated Adjustment of high-speed railway non-ballasted track is one by one manually,which has a low efficiency and a huge workload.The quality of adjusted track is also directly related to the inside worker.Therefore,how to calculate the adjustment of non-ballasted track in a fast and automatic way is a problem to be solved urgently.According to the original track off-set of non-ballasted baseline track,the adjustment of the plane and vertical track was automatically calculated with the method of polynomial fitting iteration.Through specific analysis of experiments,it proved the method of automatically calculating the adjustment of the non-ballasted track can meet the specification requirements.%无砟轨道最显著的特点是高平顺性,对新建或正运营的无砟轨道而言,需要不定期检测并评价轨道的平顺性是否能满足规范要求。对平顺性不满足规范要求的路段,需要及时进行调整,以满足安全行车的需要。目前无砟轨道模拟调整量的计算是手工逐扣件的进行,该方法效率低工作量大,且调整后的轨道质量与内业调整人员有着直接的关系。因此,如何快速自动的计算无砟轨道的模拟调整量是当前迫切需要解决的问题。利用无砟轨道基准轨的偏移量采用多项式拟合迭代的方法自动计算平面和高程基准轨的模拟调整量,并经过具体的实验分析验证该方法自动计算出的无砟轨道基准轨的模拟调整量是否能够满足规范要求。
