地下连续墙成槽施工泥浆重度计算方法研究

         

摘要

针对富水地层地下连续墙成槽施工泥浆重度设计计算方法问题,建立槽壁整体稳定性极限平衡分析力学模型,推导得到保证地下连续墙槽壁整体稳定的成槽施工泥浆最小重度计算公式,并进行实例验证和分析.研究结果表明:所建立的基于槽壁整体稳定的地下连续墙成槽施工泥浆重度设计计算方法是可靠的,同时,为确保成槽质量,实际工程应用过程中,泥浆重度理论计算结果的安全系数取1.3~1.5较为合适.%Specified to the calculation method of slurry volume-weight during trenching construction of diaphragm wall in water-rich strata, a mechanical model on overall stability of slot wall was put forward by limit equilibrium theory, and the formulas for computing the minimum slurry volume-weight which can ensure the slot wall stable were derived, also an example was analyzed. The results indicate that the method established in the paper is reliable, and in order to guarantee the quality of slot wall, the safety factor of slurry volume-weight calculated by the theoretical method set as 1.3-1.5 is suitable during the engineering practice.
